5. Memberships, Bookings, and Fees

No Refunds: All payments for memberships, court rentals, and events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated explicitly in writing by GamePoint Pickleball.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

Penalties: Failure to cancel within the required window will result in the forfeiture of the full booking fee.
Club Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to weather, facility maintenance, or force majeure events. In such cases, credit may be issued at our discretion.
7. Facility Rules and Code of Conduct
To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, all players and guests must adhere to GamePoint Pickleball rules:
Attire: Proper athletic attire and non-marking court shoes are required at all times.
Conduct: We enforce a zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment, unsportsmanlike conduct, or disrespect toward staff and property.
Termination: Violations of these rules may result in immediate removal from the facility and termination of membership without refund.
8. Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk
By entering the facility or participating in any activity, you voluntarily assume all risks related to physical activity, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death. You hereby release Dill Dinkers Salisbury, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for any injury or loss associated with your use of our facilities. A separate, signed waiver may be required prior to play.
9. Intellectual Property
All content found on our website, marketing materials, and within the facility—including logos, designs, text, and media—is the exclusive property of Dill Dinkers Salisbury. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without our written permission.
10. Termination of Services
